Magnetic Effect Deflection (AVI-EE - 691)
Running cathode rays are visible to naked eye by glowing path on fluorescent screen. The deflection of the cathode rays under magnetic field may be demonstrated easily by moving magnet across the same.

Rectilinear Propagation (AVI-EE - 692)
V shaped tube. To show cathode rays are generated only vertical (lower electrode) irrespective of the anode points (any of two electrodes above).
Heating Effect Wax Coating (AVI-EE - 693)
When cathode rays are focused on wax coated on the outside of the upper round head of cathode ray tube, the wax melts quickly showing heat generated by cathode rays.
Shadow Effect (Maltese Cross) (AVI-EE - 694)
When the cross is placed in the path of the cathode rays, a sharp shadow is formed. Its sharpness is an indication that the rays are emitted from the cathode in a definite direction and not like from a luminous surface in all direction. It shows that the cathode rays travels in straight line.
Vacuum Tubes on Stand (AVI-EE - 695)
Vacuum tubes are mounted on a stand with different pressures in them. Gases are added to intensify the luminescence. Tubes are 30 cm long. Works on induction coil or 10KV power supply.
Geissler's Tubes on Stand (AVI-EE - 696)
Six vacuum tubes of various shapes and designs, and different degrees of vacuum inside showing different discharge phenomenon illuminations and patterns etc. Tubes are mounte in a glass/wooden case with rotary switch for connection of any or the tubes.
Geissler's Tubes, Set of Six (AVI-EE - 697)
Heating Effect Platinum Foil (AVI-EE - 698)
Upon focusing at a point, cathode rays generate intense heat shown by the red heating of platinum foil.
